Benefits to My Hair
I do hot oil treatments often so the benefits that I have experienced over time include the very things I mentioned in the opening paragraph: hair repair, nourishment and manageability. There is a distinct difference in the health of my hair when I do HOTs and when I skip them. Now that I have a lot of new growth present, skipping them are not much of an option which is ok because I enjoy doing them.
I had great intentions to visit each of your blog’s and drop you a note. I started out strong but fell off due to my health situation but know your support is appreciated and much love goes out to each of you. I look forward to visiting your posts to see how you handled this challenge like a bawse!!
