Design Essentials Express Instant Moisturizing Conditioner [Review]
Design Essentials Express Instant Moisturizing Conditioner is a conditioner that was used on my hair many years ago when salon dependent. Unfortunately, I do not recall the results, good or bad. Therefore, I revisited this conditioner for a few reasons: (1) it is available on the ground and (2) it promises to perform within three minutes. Having a conditioner that is effective in under three minutes is a benefit for so many reasons but mainly, faster wash days and not having to get in and out of the shower, especially in the winter!
Now that I have shared my reason for revisiting this conditioner, let me share with you my views on performance. I used this conditioner on a day when I did not have much time to spare. I mean, after all, it works in under three minutes, right? Wrong. Upon rinsing out the conditioner, my hair was dry. It felt as though I had not conditioned my hair at all. This conditioner simply did not deliver as promised. I had high hopes because it has worked for so many ladies. Unfortunately, my hair did not agree. I hate being wasteful by trashing product so I will use it as a pre-shampoo treatment until I use it up. I will not be repurchasing.
