Boost Moisture with Steaming Your Deep Conditioner
Hair steaming uses moist water droplets to open the cuticle and allow for better penetration of product. Steaming increases hydration, removes breakage, improves manageability, reduces frizz and combats split ends. I absolutely adore steaming and can tell a difference in the hydration of my hair. I have great news for those without a steamer — there’s an alternative method for getting your steam on without forking over the cash!

Learn to Stretch You Relaxers for Healthier Hair
I was tired of not being able to stretch beyond 10 or 12 weeks so I made it a personal goal to learn to stretch indefinitely without issue and frustration. I can officially say, I’ve succeeded. My recipe for success has definitely been through my relaxer stretching tips I previously shared.
