Are you tired of smoldering under a hooded dryer for hours when roller setting your hair? This post is for you. The Pibbs 514 Kwik Dri Hair Dryer cuts hair drying time in half.
Two Hours is Too Long to Be Sitting Under a Hair Dryer
I recently rediscovered roller sets and I quickly remembered why I abandoned them. It’s not the rolling time that presents the issue. Instead, it’s that my 5-year-old Ion Hooded Dryer from Sally’s simply did not dry my hair fast enough. It was taking my hair forever and a day to dry. I’m talking 2 hours or more. Clearly, it was time for an upgrade!
Shopping for Hair Dryers
I researched many dryers with trying to figure what constitutes a good hair dryer. I wanted to make a good upfront investment so I wouldn’t be faced with having to buy yet another dryer anytime soon. After hours of research and Googling every hair dryer possible, I learned hair dryers should be purchased based on wattage, heat temperature and air flow. Dryers with upward airflow circulates around the entire hood, thereby drying the hair quickest. When learning that, I was all for finding a hair dryer with upward air flow.
