Is TRESemmé Botanique Nourish Conditioner for natural hair? Will it be the next hair craze? The Botanique Nourish Collection is made up of three different systems that target three different areas: The Nourish & Replenish System adds moisture; the Damage Recovery System repairs the hair; and the Detox & Restore System removes product build-up.
TRESemmé Naturals Nourishing Collection Discontinued
TRESemmé Naturals Nourishing Collection has been discontinued! It was an awesome product line for naturally curly hair. I especially liked the Nourishing Moisture Conditioner as it was great for conditioner washing and shower detangling. It offered extreme slip and was an all-around great product.
I was first introduced to TRESemmé Naturals Nourishing Moisture Conditioner about 3 years ago when I was struggling with tangled, matted hair. I loved the conditioner and used it every wash day. The conditioner was then reformulated (go figure, right!) and the new/current formula underperformed and didn’t quite impress. I always kept (and still keep) several bottles on hand for detangling emergencies but I am not motivated to use it otherwise.
Although TRESemmé Naturals have been reformulated more than once, it remained the go-to conditioner for black natural hair because the slip it offered was out of this world.
TRESemmé Botanique Nourish & Replenish System
TRESemmé Naturals Nourishing collection has been replaced with TRESemmé Botanique Nourish & Replenish System. Below is an ingredients comparison of the conditioner from each line.
Note: List was taken from the Internet. I have not physically compared the bottles side by side to validate.

TRESemmé Botanique Nourish Conditioner First Impression
The two changes that stick out most to me: avocado oil was dropped from the TRESemmé Botanique Nourish Conditioner and aloe vera moved up in the ingredients listing. I’m not excited about these changes. My hair loves avocado oil and products containing aloe is really hit and miss for my hair. That aside, the TRESemmé Botanique Nourish Conditioner looks promising and I don’t mind dropping a few bucks to give it a try.
