Working Out with Relaxed Hair (Overview)
My Hair (Before & During Workouts): I put my hair up in a bun and cover it with a scarf or my Save Your Do Gymwrap by Nicole Arai Parker. I then proceed with working out.
My Face (After Workouts): After my workout is done, I calm and cool my face with Evian Facial Spray. This spray is an excellent hydration boost! Great facial refresher even on non-workout days.
A follower (MissyRed08) uses it on her hair and Tiki of Grow It Girl uses it as a skin / color refresher. I do not wear makeup but I have used it on my hair and it is very moisturizing.

Peep my product review…at the time of the recording, I had not yet tried it on my hair so my experience with using it in that way did not make the video.
My Hair (After Workouts): I usually workout in the afternoons after work, thus I prefer to air dry since I have the flexibility to do so. If you workout in the morning and do not have time to just let your hair air dry at its leasure, blow drying your hair on the cool setting (with or without tension) is an option as well.
